Two videos highlight our school district’s Let’s Go and Move60 programs

These videos showcase the innovative bicycle program at Mountlake Terrace Elementary, and the enhanced recess and after-school fitness programs available in elementary schools of the Edmonds School District. Our bike group worked with Cascade Bicycle Club to bring the Let’s Go – Basics of Bicycling program to the Edmonds School District starting in fall 2010, serving 9 schools that first year. During the 2015-16 school year, this program is now serving 19 schools in the Edmonds School District.

Thanks to all the partners involved, the students have access to bicycles, education and safe routes to school — and they are moving daily with the Move60 and the Let’s Go programs.
